For private buyers we accept projects starting from €1.200.000 (total budget for acquisition, included taxes IMT; Imposto do Selo; Notary & Registration Fees and full renovation).

  • You receive a confidential dossier with 1–3 historic properties that match your criteria, including restoration budget.
  • Our services includes: complete legal support, heritage research, negotiation, and purchase coordination.
  • After agreement we take the building off the market exclusively for you with a small reservation deposit.
  • You buy and own the building direct while we fully assist in all Legal & Financial Guidance with Independent lawyers and fiscal representation.
  • One contract covering obtaining all licenses and complete restoration: key ready. Payment in certified stages.
  • Receive the keys to your fully restored, licensed and furnished historic home – on time and on budget.
  • Depending on final budget and time frame we offer a fixed percentage of the final budget for our fees.
